Strategic Management, analysis and strategy development. Development of workplans and budget.

Goals:
The Teachers Union are competent in promoting decent working conditions for teachers in social dialogue and improving negotiations with private employers.
This contribute to improved economic opportunities for young men and women through more stable, inclusive and effective labour markets as well as improved working conditions.
Activities:
Training of School Representatives in trade union skills such as:
Meetings - planning and conducting metings. Evaluate. Follow up.
Negotiation skills to be used locally at school level vis-a-vis headteachers.
Strategic planning, analasys of the union and of the working place, including the school.
