• Writing of training documents
• University training
Results:
Gender Equality
Training tools are designed and a team of trainers are equipped to handle the various documents as part of the training.
Women teachers who do not have initial training in the field of education receive basic education in the science of education in order to better carry out their tasks. Being convinced of the importance of unions in the lives of women workers, many more teachers are stimulated by the women's scholarship program to join the two unions.
Increased organizational capacity
The union has a reliable financial management system that guarantees transparency.
The union is setting up a financial mobilization mechanism in order to better collect all the resources needed to finance the activities.
Project Overseas
Teacher trainers will master the competency based-approach and train other teachers regionally.
